Camp Bestival is the little brother of the infamous Bestival held on the isle of white. If you are not already aware Bestival always carries a fancy dress theme and this has been carried over to camp Bestival. This year camp bestival which is in July will have an ‘animal magic’ theme. Think Lions, Tigers and all sorts of safari animals wandering round a festival!!

Bestival have also announced more people to the lineup including Will Young which some people will turn their nose up at, for me its the same every year, every festival announces something that the regulars to that festival do now like.

Camp bestival is also this year letting people pay for there festioval tickets on the spread, If you want to go to camp bestival then you can spread the payments of your tickets over 3 months to make it a little easier!

Camp Bestival Theme

Camp Bestival is the first 2009 festival to reveal its lineup. The organisers show that they have been busy over the winter to reveal a lineup which includes some good names including the Cuban Brothers, Erol Alkan and even a festival appearence from Frankie Boyle the channel 4 comedian. also entertaining for the second year in the festivals is Beardyman the human beatbox!

Camp Bestival is held in Dorset and get be got to on the 24th, 25th & 26th July 2009. There are a range of tickets available including childrens or family tickets. Prices range from £65 for childrens to £295
