In 2009 Creamfields was a really good weekend, a bit wet on the Sunday but nothing to dampen our spirits, After we had got home we heard the news that a woman had died in a car crash on the way to the festival which was awful news to hear.

It was only a couple of days ago when i was writing about the standard camping tickets selling out and saying that there is a warning on the VIP tickets that they are selling well. The time has come already that all the VIP tickets have now sold out for the event. The organisers have put a warning in place that they expect all tickets to be sold by next Wednesday, thats one week today.

The Radio 1 essential mix is legendary, Being able to feature in an essential mix must be a great honor for a Dj. This year the essential mix will be live from Creamfields, im not sure if it is to be recorded to be broadcast or broadcast live, i would hope it was broadcast live.

Creamfields is taking place at the end of August and like many of the other festivals they have a VIP area. I personally have stayed VIP at another popular festival and i found that the extras were worth the extra money. Atcreamfields this year they seem to have a few little extras that really makes me want to go VIP, unfortunately its a little out of my grasp next month.

Rumours have started to circulate that Creamfields 2009 has been cancelled which has today prompted an announcement on the Creamfields Twitter page that the festival has NOT been cancelled like people have been saying.
