It has been revealed that Depeche Mode have pulled out of  Glastonbury for 2009 because they did not approve of the other acts on the bill!! The Group was on the bill to play and I’m sure it would have been a good success, However, after seeing the lineup for this years festival they have decided to pull out. The front man confirmed Bruce Springsteen and Blur would be at the event however they have come out now and said that the lineup just didn’t do it for them and it had to be right. Personally Ive never heard so much rubbish in my life! The band have been round for a long time and unless they live in a cave then it would be more than obvious who would be playing this year, apart from the headliners which they can sometimes dig up from the dead; the lineups are the same for all festivals making it hard to be surprised when you hear a lineup announced.
