Kung Foo Amy and Jay-Zed

last night on the pyramid stage was a mix of success and failure in my eyes. Amy Crackhouse was astonishingly bad during her performance in which she smacked a fan for apparently touching her hair, She didnt even look on this planet and just holding the microphone looked like a struggle never mind having to sing as well, People need to get a grip and realise that this smack ridden rat has thrown her ability, personality,  life and respect from a lot of the public away and she needs to stop milking what is left of her ability to breath and focus on cleaning her act up.

Maybee if she cleaned up got her life back on track and focused on new material instead of her next fix she could salvage what she once had. Eavis who organises it all said that her set was a success and revealed that Amy has already asked if she can headline next year, Id say it would bring Glastonbury down even further, whats she going to do sing the same set of songs again cause id be suprised if she had anything new to sing in the next 12 months.

Following that shambles Jay -z came on the stage and did what people are describing as a great set that blew everyone away. I disagree, i take my hat of to the guy for starting his set with wonderwall by oasis as it was a clear dig at the comments Noel said about him and fair play. the crowd obviously engoyed it though reports suggested the crowd was smaller for Jay-z than for amy winehouse.

However i still dont think Hip Hop should have taken centre stage, i wouldnt say it shouldnt be there at all but not as the main attraction. It dosent matter how good Jay-z was doing his performance; if you dont like hip hop then you just dont like it no matter how much its rammed down your throat!
