Reading Festival Rouge
I reported quite a while ago about a guy who got arrested at Reading festival trying to gain entry with a wristband he had bought from a guy who worked back stage at the event.
Well as part of a an update the guy has been through court and has been handed a 12 month conditional discharge and a fine!! UNREAL!
Now im not sure if we haven’t been told the entire story but it seems a bit harsh for a guy a just wanted to get in the festival. It’s not like he mugged anyone to get the wrist band because it was sold to him. I would expect that there would be many people willing to buy such a thing at the time.
Also what happens to the guy who sold the wrist band? Is he up in court for ticket touting? did he get arrested for selling his wrist band? Not that i have read.
