Its still a long time of yet but Emily Eavis has revealed that the Ting Ting’s and Franz Ferdinand will be taking part in Glastonbury 2009. Lineups are usually kept quiet until just before the event however the people who performed at the Pilton equinox party have been confirmed as playing Glastonbury 2009. Its not exactly a big secret revealed and to be fair there are that many bands and acts performing at Glastonbury every year it would be easier to compile a list of pople not performing!

The Ting Tings who are from Manchester have had a great year this year becoming almost house hold names, There tunes consist of “Thats Not My Name” and “shut up and let me go”.
