If you are wanting to go to Glastonbury next year with all your mates it has now become a little bit easier, You can now buy as many tickets as you want to go to the festival, In previous years you have all had to apply and hope you all got tickets, however now you can buy as many as you want. Everybody still has to be registered to buy tickets but as the registration scheme is going so well then they now feel they can offer multiple tickets to each person. 

100,000 tickets have already been made available for Glastonbury 2009 with another batch being made available in April next year. You can register for Glastonbury 2009 on the registration website
